A list of contacts is worth exactly what you can defend about it. Write a brief in plain English, point the Hub at where to look, and every field it returns carries the sentence on the page it came from.
“Heads of claims at UK motor insurers, in-house rather than agency.” That is the whole configuration. Plain English in — and from that point on, the brief is the standard every result is measured against.
A company’s people page, a directory, a conference roster, a list of organisations you already have. Give it the places you would have opened yourself, and it works through them while you do something else.
A name, title, email or phone is kept when the exact text was found on the page — and the snippet is stored with it. Every field you keep is one you can point at, on the page it came from. Open any contact and read the sentence behind it.
Each contact is scored out of 100 and banded hot, warm or cool, with a one-line reason and an honest note on what it still needs to judge. Weight the criteria that matter and the ranking moves with them.
A run reports page by page: what it read, how many people it proposed, how many were already on your list, and what it dropped for want of a verifiable snippet. When a run finds nobody, you get the reason.
Duplicates are recognised on sight, so running the same brief next month adds only what is new.
Contacts live in the project they were found for, beside the research that explains why those people matter — and one step from Thrive when you are ready to work them.
Every run is costed before it starts and refused if it would exceed the budget for that campaign. You approve the number up front.
It honours robots.txt, refuses private addresses, and keeps real people rather than info@.
We build alongside a small, deliberately chosen group of researchers and teams — close enough that what you ask for tends to ship. Tell us what you research, and we'll open the door.
