Mercato New
Mercato is everything behind the counter: what you sell, the orders and invoices that come in, the labels that go out and the money that arrives. Your customers pay on your own website, and every one of them lands in your CRM.

Mercato
Products with sizes and colors, services with a length, a deposit and booking hours, and invoices for the work you do in person.
Invoices and quotes open on your own site, and customers pay by card through Stripe. Card details never touch you or VeraGen.
Compare carrier rates and buy the label right from the order. Tracking lands on it, and the customer hears where their parcel is.
Type “Jordan, house sitting Oct 2 to 6, four nights” and Mercato drafts the invoice: your own prices from your catalog, and the customer found in Thrive. Send it by email or text, and they pay from the link.

An invoice opens at your own address, in your colors, with a Pay button. Stripe takes the card, Mercato records the payment the moment Stripe confirms it, and the invoice shows as paid.

Products have variants, each with its own price, SKU, stock and weight, and pictures from Data Management. Services have a length, a price, a deposit, the hours you take bookings and the questions to ask first.

Every order shows its payment and where it is. Record a payment, mark it fulfilled, or compare rates and buy a label from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and more, without a carrier account of your own. Set your own rules too: free over an amount, flat rate, local delivery or pickup.
Customers are your Thrive contacts, with their orders, invoices and lifetime value beside their emails and notes. Mercato never makes a second record for an email address Thrive already has.

Odin
Instead of an online store subscription, separate invoicing software and a shipping-label service, each with its own copy of your customers, Mercato runs the store inside VeraGen, next to the website Chimp builds and the follow-ups Tellagent sends. Card payments carry Stripe’s own processing fees.
To take cards online, yes: connect it from Payouts & payments with Stripe’s guided sign-up, and payouts go to your own bank. Until then you can still send invoices and record cash, check and bank-transfer payments.
Yes, that’s the idea: Chimp builds the website, Mercato runs what’s behind it, and invoices are paid at your own address. Your products and checkout move onto your Chimp website as those releases arrive.
Services have a length, a price, a deposit, the days and hours you take bookings, and questions to ask first.
Set your own delivery rules (free over an amount, flat rate, local delivery, pickup), and buy labels from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and more right from the order, without opening an account with each carrier.
Anyone who can edit the project can add products, send invoices and record payments. Refunds, voiding a sent invoice, the store’s settings and connecting Stripe are for owners and admins.
Card details go to Stripe, never to you, to your website or to VeraGen. Mercato hears that a payment succeeded from Stripe’s signed message.
Mercato is new and arrives in stages. Subscriptions and selling straight from your Chimp website come in later releases; your account says what is open today.
