Where do I upload a prototype I made elsewhere?
Open the project, then Prototypes from the search box, and click ⬆ Upload Prototype. Upload a prototype, step by step
My upload says the file is too large.
Prototypes can be up to 5 MB once their images are bundled in, and large images are almost always the cause. Ask Claude to compress them — there is a prompt for that in Make it hub-ready.
A prototype opens blank.
Reload it. If it is still blank, the file probably depends on something outside itself, or saves to browser storage, which the hub's sandbox does not allow. Regenerate it with the Claude prompt, which keeps everything in one file.
The AI is ignoring a document I uploaded.
Open it in Data Management and check that its row says Read in full, and that it is available to the AI. What the AI can read
An AI feature says the balance has run out.
AI features pause when the account's balance reaches zero. An owner, or an admin with billing access, can add credit. If you cannot, the message names the account owner to ask. Adding credit
I didn't get my invitation or password-reset email.
Every email from VeraGen comes from noreply@veragen.ai. Check your spam and promotions folders for that address. An owner or admin can resend an invitation from Team & members, and you can request a new reset code from the sign-in page.
The hub is slow to load the first time.
After a quiet spell, the first request can take a few seconds while the service wakes. Reload once; if it keeps happening, contact support.
