Persona Simulations
Cohorts and metrics
Cohorts
A cohort is a saved audience: a set of persona traits such as age 25-34 and trust Slight. It is shared by every project in your account.
- In the Cohort section of a new simulation, pick values for any of Region, Age, Language, Economic motivation, Trust and Tech savviness. Cmd/Ctrl-click picks more than one.
- Click Preview cohort to see how many personas match, with a few examples.
- Click Save as cohort and give it a name.
To reuse one, choose it from the list at the top of the Cohort section; the filters hide while a saved cohort is chosen, and — Build a new cohort — brings them back. Delete removes the saved cohort; runs that used it keep their results.
Owners, admins and publishers can save and delete cohorts.
Metrics
The Metrics section of the form lists built-in metrics, such as Task success, Helpfulness (chatbot runs), Sentiment and Purchase intent (surveys), and + New metric adds your own: a name, a scoring rubric that says how to score from 0 to 1, a Pass ≥ threshold (default 0.80) and a Flag ≥ threshold (default 0.50). Up to 5 metrics can be ticked on a run.
An AI judge scores every persona on each metric you tick, reading their answers or their conversation against the rubric. Each metric adds to the run's cost, and the estimate under the form includes it. Reading the results
