Getting started

Signing in

If someone invited you to their account, you receive an email invitation with a temporary password. Signing in the first time takes about 30 seconds.

  1. Go to hub.veragen.ai.
  2. Enter your email address and the temporary password from your invitation.
  3. Choose your own password (at least 8 characters). You are signed in.
No invitation? Invitations come from noreply@veragen.ai. Check your spam and Promotions folders. If it is not there, ask your account owner or an admin to send it again from Team & members.

Continue with Google

Where the sign-in page shows Continue with Google, you can sign in with your Google account instead of a password.

  • If your Google address is the same as the email you already sign in to VeraGen with, Google opens that same account: your projects, your role and your team are all there. You are never given a second account. The very first time, the page may go to Google twice; that is expected.
  • Signing in with Google does not ask for VeraGen's emailed six-digit code, even if you have two-factor authentication turned on. Google's own security, including your Google 2-Step Verification, protects that sign-in. Signing in with your email and password still asks for the code as before.
  • Google must have confirmed your email address. If it has not, sign in with your email and password instead.
  • To use a different Google account from the one Google picks for you, sign out of Google first, or open a private window, then click Continue with Google again.
  • If you sign in with Google and have no VeraGen account yet, you are asked to choose a plan to start a free trial. See Plans and the free trial.

Started your own free trial?

If you signed up yourself with Start free trial, there is no invitation and no temporary password. You were signed in while signing up, so you went straight to your Dashboard. Next time, sign in at hub.veragen.ai with the email address and password you chose, or with Continue with Google if that is how you signed up. See Plans and the free trial.

No account yet? Click Start a free trial under the sign-in box. If your team already has a VeraGen account, ask its owner or an admin to invite you instead.

Forgot your password?

Reset it yourself from the sign-in page:

  1. Click Forgot password? under the password box.
  2. Enter your email address and click Send reset code. A six-digit code is emailed to you from noreply@veragen.ai. It expires in an hour.
  3. Enter the code, choose a new password (at least 8 characters), and click Reset password.
  4. Sign in with your new password.

If the code does not arrive, check your spam and Promotions folders. Your account owner or an admin can also send you a password reset from Team & members.
