Sending a quiz to a contact

Send someone a published Ascend Quick Quiz from your own mailbox, and see how they did on their Thrive record.

  1. On a contact, press Quiz (or open the Quizzes tab and press + Send a quiz).
  2. Choose a quiz. Every published Quick Quiz in your projects is offered, with its project beside it.
  3. Add a Message if you like; their personal link is added below it.
  4. Press Send the quiz. It goes straight from your mailbox — there is no review step.

When they take it from that link, with the email it was sent to, their score and whether they passed appear on the Quizzes tab and in their activity — never their answers. Before the first question, the quiz tells them who sent it and that their score is shared with you. Results

Withdraw stops the link reporting results; the quiz itself stays public. The person who sent it, or an account owner or admin, can withdraw it.

Someone else using a forwarded link, or the same person taking the quiz from your public profile, is not linked to the contact. A contact who is do-not-contact or opted out of email cannot be sent a quiz. Sending counts toward the 100 emails a day you can send from Thrive.

There are no published Quick Quizzes in your projects yet means none of your projects has a quiz visitors can reach. Publish one in a project's Ascend, and check that the project and the public profile it appears on are public. Publishing a quiz
