Using the hub

Finding things in a list

Projects, workflows and prototypes use the same list controls, so what you learn on one works on the others.

Search, filter, sort

A search box, a status filter and a sort sit above any list long enough to need them. Search reads names and descriptions. Projects also show when each was last edited, and mark the one you are working on.

A project's Edited date is the last time someone changed the project or anything in it: renamed it, uploaded or saved a file, edited a page, a video, a prototype or a skill. Opening something is not an edit, and neither is the Hub's own maintenance. Click a project's card to open it; the card says Opening… until the project is on screen.

When something has failed

A workflow whose last run failed is marked Failing in red, carries a red edge, and sorts to the top of the list, even if it is still scheduled. The count beside the search says how many are failing, and the Failing filter shows only those.

Deleting something

Delete is in each row’s ⋯ menu, not beside Open, and asks you to confirm by name.

Nothing found? A search that matches nothing says so — clear the search or change the filter to see everything again.
