Using the hub
Reported issues
See every issue your account has reported, and where each one stands. Account → Reported issues.
Reported issues is available to the owners and admins of the account you have selected, the same people who can report an issue. Everyone who can see it sees every report in the account, not only their own, so check here before reporting something twice.
Find a report
The list opens on Open. Choose Fixed or closed or All to see the rest. Each report shows its issue number (such as SR-1042), its title, what kind of request it is, the part of the Hub it is about, who reported it, and when.
Click a report to see what was reported, with its screenshots. Click it again to close it.
What each status means
| Received | We have your report and will review it. |
|---|---|
| Planned | We have planned the work. |
| In progress | Someone is working on it. A fix stays In progress until it is live for everyone. |
| Fixed | The fix is live. Our message about it, if there is one, is shown with the report. |
| Closed | We closed it for another reason, shown beside the status: Won't do, Duplicate (with the issue it duplicates), Can't reproduce or Works as designed, with our message explaining why. |
If the person who reported it asked to be emailed, they get an email at the same moment a report becomes Fixed or Closed.
