Using the hub

“Guide me” on any page

The round button at the top right of every page writes a short walkthrough of the page you are on, and highlights each thing in blue as it describes it.

It reads the screen you are looking at and points at the real controls. The first step explains what the page is for; the rest walk through the things you can do here.

Moving through itNext steps forward and the last step says Done. Close, the Esc key, or a click outside ends it at any point.
Going deeperEach step has a Read more in Help link that searches this help centre for that subject.
SpeedA page someone has asked about before opens in about a second. The first time anyone asks about a page that has changed, it is written fresh — a few seconds, and the card tells you it is working.

The welcome on your first sign-in

The first time you reach your Dashboard, Guide me says hello. Show me around starts the walkthrough of the Dashboard; Not now closes it. Don't show this again is ticked to begin with, so the welcome will not come back; untick it and it greets you again the next time you sign in. Either way, the button at the top right is there on every page whenever you want it.

The first time can take a few seconds. If it says it could not be written, press the button again.

Always current

Walkthroughs are written from the page as it is. When a page changes, its walkthrough is rewritten the next time someone opens it.
