Project members & access
Each project has a Users tab showing who can open it. Owners and admins grant and revoke access one project at a time, so people see only the projects they need.
Who can reach a project
- Owners and admins reach every project in the account automatically — they always appear with access and can’t be removed from a single project.
- Publishers and members reach the projects they created and the ones they have been given access to.
Granting and revoking
On a project’s Users tab (owners and admins only):
- Click + Grant access, start typing a teammate’s name or email, pick them from the list, and click Add.
- To remove someone, click Revoke access on their row. (Owners and admins can’t be revoked — they reach everything by role.)
Only people already on the account appear in the list. To add someone new, invite them first from Team & members.
The same control from Team & members
You can also manage this from Team & members: the Project access card lets you open a member and tick the projects they can reach. Changes save immediately.
