Account roles
Everyone on an account has one of four roles. Owners and admins set them on Team & members.
| Owner | Everything. Only an owner can make someone else an owner, remove an owner, or give an admin billing access. |

| Admin | Runs the account day to day: invites people and sets their roles and monthly caps, grants project access, renames the account, and reaches every project. Billing only if the owner has given them billing access. |
| Publisher | Everything a member can do, plus publishing and the work that runs on the account's behalf — for example publishing a project's site, running persona simulations, uptime tests and crawls, and managing RSS & Atom Feeds. Where an action needs the publisher role, the app says so. |
| Member | Works in the projects they have been given: builds in Chat & Research, organises the project's content, runs workflows, and leaves feedback. In Video Studio a member can open and watch the project's videos, view-only; making or editing one needs the publisher role. |
What every role shares
- Everyone sees the account's balance on their Dashboard.
- Everyone has their own public profile, off until they switch it on.

Billing is a separate permission. An admin runs the team, but only sees Billing, Payment methods and Statements, and only adds credit, once the owner turns on billing access for them. Who can see and manage billing
