Assigning a quiz, and My learning
A Quick Quiz can be given to people in your account. They find it under My learning in the left rail, take it there, and see how they did — without the quiz being on your public profile.
Assigning it
Open the quiz → Assign. Tick the people it is for — everyone in the account is listed, whether or not they are in this project — choose a Due date if you like, and press Assign. Each person is emailed, and the quiz appears in their My learning.
Below, everyone it is assigned to is listed with the due date and where they are: Not started, Overdue, Not passed yet (with their best score) or Passed, how many attempts they have used, and when they last took it. Withdraw takes it out of their My learning; a result they already have is kept.
Assigning names people and shows their scores, so it is for the person who created the quiz and the account's owners and admins — the same people who can see its results. Who can see results
My learning
My learning lists everything assigned to you. A learning path comes first, under its own name, with its items in order and how many you have done. Everything else follows: Up next first, soonest due at the top, then Done. All training, and learning paths Each shows its project, who assigned it, the pass mark, the due date (Overdue once it has passed, in your own timezone), and your best score so far.
Start opens the questions. Answer them and press Submit my answers; an unanswered question counts as wrong. You see your score straight away, whether you passed, and which questions you got right — the correct answers too, if the quiz's author has chosen to show them. Take it again is offered while you have attempts left, and See result reopens your best one.
How your team did shows the team's average, how scores are spread, and roughly where you stand — once at least five other people on your team have taken it, so no one's score can be worked out from it. Nobody is named, and people outside your team who took the quiz from a public profile are never counted.
Refreshers, at the top when there are any, bring back questions you missed on something you passed, so they stick. Getting them right or wrong never changes your result. In a course, Ask the tutor under each lesson answers questions from the course's own material, typed or spoken with the microphone. Building a course
Your results are seen by you, by whoever created the quiz, and by your account's owners and admins.
