Skunk Works emails
Skunk Works emails people about the work that is theirs. Each email goes to the address on the person's account, as soon as the moment happens. There are no email settings to choose.

| You were mentioned | Sent to a person someone mentioned with @ in a comment or the description. Someone mentioned in a comment gets this email instead of the comment email, not both. |
Nobody is emailed about something they did themselves. The due and overdue emails are sent once for each due date; changing the date sends them again for the new one. Due dates are counted in UTC days.
An email gives the item's key and title, says what happened, and links to the item. It never includes the description or what a comment said: open the item to read them. Someone who can no longer open the project is not emailed about it.
Moving an item, starting or completing a sprint, and a new version of a linked document are not emailed. They show on the board and in each item's Activity.
