Skunk Works
The schedule
Skunk Works → Schedule is the plan for the project's larger goals. It lists the epics in priority order, each with its priority, its progress and a bar from its start to its target date on a week-by-week timeline. The sprints run along the top, and a line marks today.

The order of the list is the plan: the epic at the top comes first.
- Drag an epic by its handle (⋮⋮) to move it up or down the plan, or use ▲ ▼.
- Priority under each epic sets it to Low, Medium, High or Critical. The bar takes the priority's colour.
Plan the dates
- Drag a bar left or right to move the epic, keeping its length.
- Drag either end of a bar to change when it starts or its target date.
- Bars snap to key dates: the start and end of each sprint, and the start of each week (or each month, in Quarters). Between them, a bar moves a day at a time.
- Click a bar to type the dates instead: choose Starts and Target, then Save dates.
- An epic with no dates says so. Click on its row of the timeline to place it there, or click Set dates.
- With a bar selected, ← and → move it, and Shift with ← or → changes its length.
An epic cannot have a target date before its start. The same dates are in the epic's panel, under Starts and Target date.
See an epic's items
Click an epic's row, or the ▸ beside it, to show every item in the epic underneath it. Each item shows its status, who it is assigned to and its points, with its own bar: its start and due dates, or the dates of the sprint it is in when it has none of its own. Drag an item's bar, or its ends, the same way as an epic's: that gives the item its own dates. Click the row again (▾) to hide them. Expand all and Collapse all above the schedule open or close every epic.
Zoom
Weeks, Months and Quarters above the schedule change the scale: Weeks shows each day, Months each week, and Quarters each month. + and − zoom in and out, and so does holding Ctrl (⌘ on a Mac) while you scroll over the timeline. Today brings today back into view.
Read the plan
Each bar fills as the work in the epic is done: by points when its items have them, otherwise by the number of items done. The line under the epic gives the same in words, such as "3 of 8 items · 13 of 21 pts".
A red outline means the epic is past its target date and not done. A finished epic is shown faded.
Click an epic's title to open it. Its panel lists the items in it. To put work in an epic, open an item and choose the epic in its Epic field. + Create an epic is at the bottom of the schedule.
