Run history
AI Automations → Run history lists every run in the project, newest first: each time an AI workflow ran, and each contact that went through an automation. The menu shows how many failed today.

Filter by kind (AI Workflows, Automations or Both kinds), status, date and words, and Export CSV to download what is listed.
Click a run to see each step: what it did, which path it took and why, what it sent (to whom, and whether it was delivered; an email step shows whether its email was delivered, opened, clicked, replied to, bounced or marked as spam, see Email in automations), the data that started it with personal details masked, and any error in plain words. An email step also lists any merge fields that came out empty, such as a misspelled {{trigger.answers.budget}}, so a gap in a sent email is easy to spot.
| Retry this step | Runs a failed step again. If the step sends something and it is not certain whether it went the first time, you are asked before it is sent again. |
