Mercato
Messages and automations
Mercato sends the messages a store needs on its own: invoices and their reminders, receipts, booking confirmations, a subscription's card link and its "payment failed" emails. Anything more, such as a text the day before a booking, a review request after a delivery, or a note to your team when stock runs low, is a Tellagent automation started by what happens in the store.

Automate Your Store with Tellagent2:40 videoIn Tellagent → Automations, choose a trigger from Mercato (your store):
| Orders | Order placed, order paid, order shipped (with the tracking number), order refunded, checkout abandoned. |
|---|---|
| Invoices and quotes | Invoice sent, invoice paid, invoice overdue (the day after its due date; not for a subscription paid by card, which has payment failed), quote sent, quote accepted. |
| Subscriptions | Subscription started, renewed, payment failed (with the reason and the next try), cancelled. |
| Stock | Low stock: a variant drops to its Low at level. It is about the store, not a customer, so use it to notify your team. |
| Bookings | Booking made, moved, cancelled. For a reminder the day before, add Wait → Until a date with {{trigger.booking.day_before}}, then a text or email. |
Each trigger lists what it brings, such as {{trigger.order.total}} or {{trigger.invoice.pay_url}}, with the values from your store's latest one (or an example until there is one). Test runs with those values. An automation starts once for each order, invoice, booking or subscription event, however many times it is reported.
