Mercato
Orders
Orders lists every order with its payment and fulfilment: orders bought on your website, and the ones you add here. New order adds one by hand: pick items, a discount code and a delivery option. Mercato prices it from your catalogue and your delivery options.

Orders, Shipping and Returns2:29 videoOn an order:
- Record a payment for cash, a check or a transfer. Stock leaves when the order is paid in full.
- Mark fulfilled, or Ship… to add a tracking number or buy a label from a carrier.
- Packing slip opens a page to print: the order number, what goes in the box and where it goes, with no prices.
- Return label… buys a prepaid label for the customer to send the order back to your ship-from address. When the parcel arrives, choose It came back: the refund opens with Put the items back in stock already ticked.
- Refund… (owners and admins) gives money back, and can put the items back in stock. A refund is not owed again: after a part refund the order has nothing left to pay.
- Cancel order is for an order with no money on it.
Packing slips for many orders
Tick the orders in the list, then Print packing slips: one page per order, up to 50 at a time.
Orders from your website
A website order appears when it is paid: the payment is what makes the order, so an abandoned checkout never leaves an order behind. Its channel says website. See Sell on your website.
